Returns
We truly hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your items.
Please note:

Hats and hand fans are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. The following return policy applies to our T-shirts only.
Here’s how to initiate a return:

Please email us at gabriele@youarethemilk.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and let us know the reason for your return.

We will reply with instructions, including the address for sending your return.
Important Notes:

The sender is responsible for the return until it reaches us. We highly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The initial shipping costs of your order will not be refunded.
We can only accept returns on T-shirts that are:

Unworn
-
In perfect condition
-
With all original labels still attached
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (at hola@youarethemilk.com) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as our fans and hats.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
